TEDx is an internationally renowned platform to share ideas and spark debate, on May 18, 2019 the inaugural TEDxXJTLU conference was held. As an initiative of the Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Museum, the conference saw eight speakers explore the theme of ‘Reshape’, inspiring audiences with their stories of creativity and breaking down boundaries.

In my talk titled “Enriching Human Experience by Designing Wearable Technology” I explored my fascination of the future of smart clothing based on three speculative questions: What if clothing could help us to monitor our body? What if clothing would allow us to have a richer bodily experience with technology? What if clothing could extend our bodily capabilities?

An article about the TEDx event was published.
